UCLA Brand Extension

Project Description: This initiative proposes to identify additional sources of revenue from new and existing brand extension opportunities (beyond the long-established collegiate licensing program) by partnering with an agency or consultancy firm with revenue generation expertise. The firm will provide a UCLA-specific assessment and recommendation, as well as negotiate and secure opportunities with third-party partners that leads to the University realizing additional sources of revenue. Timeframe for implementation is approximately 12 months.
